How to send a notice

Send a written notice to [DA COMPLETARE: email/designated agent] including: your contact details; identification of the protected work; the exact link to the disputed content; a good-faith statement; a statement of accuracy and your signature.

What we do

We assess valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content and inform whoever uploaded it.

Counter-notice

Whoever uploaded the content may file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was mistaken, stating their details and reasons. [DA COMPLETARE: procedure and timing].
