By using VoxFans you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Eligibility

VoxFans is for adults only (18+). By registering you confirm you are of legal age and are voluntarily accessing explicit adult content.

Account and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

User content and licence

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and distribute it on the platform in order to provide the service. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights and consents, including the age and consent releases of everyone involved.

Prohibited content

Content that breaches the Community guidelines is prohibited, in particular the red lines (minors including fictional, bestiality, incest, real non-consent or real violence). The full rules are in the Community guidelines.

Moderation and reports

We apply a notice-and-action procedure: content can be reported and, where necessary, removed. When we remove content we provide a statement of reasons. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

The VoxFans brand, software and content are protected. For copyright infringement reports see the Copyright page.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VoxFans is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. [DA COMPLETARE: limitation clauses].
